Winegate Developments acquired this former sorting house site, in 2020.
The redevelopment project will see the old site repurposed into 22 luxury apartments. Located in Wandsworth, South West London the renovation works commenced in May 2022 and the project is due to complete in 2024, with a total project value of £15,000,000.
Our Services
We signed a procurement and project management contract with Winegate Developments in March 2023 to become their outsourced procurement partner.
We have been asked to help bring the fit-out contract back on budget, starting from the underfloor heating package through to dry lining, M&E and finishes including kitchens, bathrooms and flooring.
We completed a full take-off, schedule and supply document in March and we’ve been on site since the 3rd April 2023. Watch this space!
