Kobe Nursery Hertfordshire

Brickmort Developments acquired this former Garden Nursery site, in 2021.

The redevelopment project will see the old agricultural nursery site repurposed into 21 new commercial units. Located in Goffs Oak, Hertfordshire the demolition works commenced in June 2022 and the project is due to complete in 2024, with a total project value of £10,000,000.

Services We Provided

We signed a procurement and project management contract with Brickmort Developments in May 2022 to become their outsourced building materials partner.

Kobe Nursery is one of three commercial developments across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire that we are working on for Brickmort. For their Kobe Nursery site we are providing take-off, schedule and supply of the following materials and packages.
